At PHD Hockey Essentials, we believe “Pride, Hustle, and Desire” are the driving forces that forge elite athletes. These core principles, which continue to lead Jason Williams on his professional hockey career path, will be instilled in his camp participants.
Guided by Jason and his veteran staff, young players will be challenged to exceed their expectations through rigorous, NHL proven, training tactics. The camp participants will be closely monitored during all session activities to ensure a high level of safety during the high-tempo and competitive camp workouts.
Jason’s professional hockey experience and guidance will provide the platform that players will use to elevate their game and gain an edge on the competition. PHD Hockey Essentials mission is to prepare young players for the physical and mental demands of elite level hockey, in a fun, challenging, and supportive manner.

Difference between PHD Hockey Essentials and other hockey camps
Small groups (max 12-15 kids). This fosters a better learning environment, allowing the players to get the most out of each session. More one on one detail!
Off-ice training is incorporated into each session. Being a good hockey player does not start or end on the ice, workouts are equally as important. PHD gives players an inside look at how professional hockey players train during the season, as well as off-season. Plus, the off -ice sessions are held at PFPC, a state-of-the-art facility, along with the best trainer in london Ontario, Brent Mckenzie.
Instructor Jason Williams is the only one in London Ontario & surrounding area that has NHL experience to bring to each session. Playing for great teams, with many hall of famers, as well as playing for some of the best coaches, has given Jason the tools to incorporate excellent drills and natural flow to each session.
