To sign up, simply download a registration form HERE (RIGHT-CLICK and choose “Save file as” / “Save link as” / “Save linked file as”) and fill out the required information. Then download the Waiver form HERE and sign it. Please send registration and waiver forms either by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the status of session availability, due to the first-come, first-served session sign-up.
Payment will only be collected upon confirming your child’s reserved spot in the selected session.
